This workshop will take you on a relaxing and introspective journey to explore your past lives. Through guided meditation and visualization techniques, you'll gain access to your subconscious mind and uncover forgotten memories from lifetimes past.

What to expect:

• Introduction to Past Life Regression: Learn about the concept of past lives and the potential benefits of exploring them.

• Guided Relaxation: We will begin with guided relaxation techniques to help you achieve a deeply meditative state.

• Past Life Visualization: Embark on a guided visualization journey through a past life experience. You may see sights, sounds, feelings, and even past-life selves.

• Integration and Sharing: After the visualization, we will have time to share your experiences and insights with the group (optional).

Open to all levels of experience. No prior knowledge of meditation or past life regression is necessary.
