Divine Source, I come before You today with a heart open to healing. In this moment, I release any negative emotions, beliefs, or experiences from this life and from past lives that may be hindering my growth. I forgive myself and others for any perceived wrongs. I ask for your guidance and healing energy to fill my being with love, peace, and forgiveness. Thank you for the opportunity to release the past and embrace a future filled with light. Amen.
