Bring your full attention to right now. Feel your breath, your body, your surroundings. Let go of the past. Don’t rush the future. This moment is where your power lives.

5. Physical Movement

Stretch. Shake. Dance. Walk. Move the energy out of your body. This clears stagnation and raises your vibration instantly.
