Meditating on the single eye (also known as the third eye or inner vision) is a powerful practice for accessing inner wisdom, divine truth, and spiritual clarity. Here’s a guided approach to help you deepen your practice:

Steps to Meditate on the Single Eye

1. Prepare Your Space

  • Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed.

  • Dim the lights or use candles to create a peaceful ambiance.

  • Sit comfortably with your spine straight, either on a cushion or a chair.

2. Center Yourself

  • Close your eyes and take deep, slow breaths.

  • Inhale through your nose, hold for a moment, then exhale through your mouth.

  • Let go of any tension or distractions as you focus inward.

3. Focus on the Single Eye (Third Eye Chakra)

  • Gently bring your awareness to the center of your forehead, slightly above the space between your eyebrows.

  • Imagine a glowing, golden or violet light at this point.

  • Visualize this light expanding, filling your mind with clarity and peace.

4. Chant or Use a Mantra

  • You can silently or audibly repeat a mantra like:

    • “I am light. I am wisdom. I see with divine vision.”

    • “Let my inner eye be opened to truth and clarity.”

    • “AUM” or “OM” (a sacred vibration to activate higher consciousness).

5. Observe and Receive

  • Instead of forcing anything, simply allow images, insights, or feelings to arise naturally.

  • If your mind wanders, gently bring your focus back to the single eye.

  • Remain in this meditative state for 10–20 minutes or as long as you feel guided.

6. Integration and Journaling

  • Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.

  • Open your eyes gently and take a few deep breaths.

  • Write down any insights, visions, or feelings that surfaced during the meditation.

7. Practice Regularly

  • The more you meditate on the single eye, the stronger your inner vision and spiritual awareness will become.

  • Try this practice daily or as often as you feel called.
